Laurens is the Chief Evangelist for 8vance. 8vance provides a Talent Mobility platform with its own AI to precisely predict who is best suited for which job, based on factors such as skills, personality, and ambition. Laurens is an expert in the applications of AI in the staffing/HR domain. He advises large companies, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and governments on innovation, HR, and organizational challenges. Laurens was the founder of the job-carving platform Part-up, which he sold in 2021 before joining 8vance.
