Simone Straub is "Der Personalberater Coach". She started her career in HR consulting in 2005 and gained experience in both classic executive search and performance-based recruitment. In 2008, she switched to Training & Coaching and trained all subsidiaries of the Sthree Group worldwide in the areas of sales, recruiting and processes. At the end of 2010, she moved to another international recruitment agency, which mainly places freelancers. There, as Head of Learning & Development, she was responsible for the international training strategy and its implementation with her own small team. In 2012, she took the step into self-employment. Since then, more than 70 companies and 1,000+ consultants have benefited from her practical ideas, enabling them to improve a little every day and achieve their goals.
